Ah yes, the old "cache" system. The final tutorial will cover this, but I didn't expect to see anyone see this yet. The server recently did hard wear upgrades so this is probably why you are seeing this. The cache system is a way that the shopping cart stores information on the server rather than downloading the entire page every time its reviewed. What happens is - you create a page and then save it and the shopping cart then showed you the cached version (ie: the version stored on the server which didnt exist before you created it) This is something like stored cookies on your browser but at the server level. This is an easy fix to work with.
The cache is good because it speeds up page load time for your customers and that helps with ranking on mobile devices and in the google search results, but the cache can be troublesome for the reason you described. (especially if you dont yet know whats happening)... never fear..... You can go into your dashboard and turn it off while you are working on your pages and then turn it back on again once you are done. I'll get to working on the tutorial for this so you can see a visual of where its located.....
Thank you so much!!! I will pass this onto Kiana. where do I find "cache" on the dashboard? it just keeps taking me to a page to buy modules. 💚💚💚
